Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:
– 2 slices of bread
– 2 slices of cheese (cheddar,or your favorite cheese)
– 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
Cooking Instructions:
– Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
– Spread butter or margarine on one side of each slice of bread.
– Place one slice of bread, butter side down, onto the skillet.
– Add the cheese slices on top of the bread.
– Place the other slice of bread, butter side up, on top of the cheese.
– Cook the sandwich for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown.
– Use a spatula to carefully flip the sandwich over.
– Cook the other side of the sandwich for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
– Remove the sandwich from the skillet and let it cool for a minute.
– Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
