Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup fresh blood orange juice (about 2 oranges)
- 1⁄4 cup St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- 6 ounces prosecco, chilled
Equipment Needed

Make Honey Syrup
- Add honey to a small saucepan. Warm over medium, stirring frequently, until thinned out and liquidy.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Can refrigerate in a jar up to 2 weeks.
Mix the Cocktails
- Juice blood oranges to get 1⁄2 cup fresh juice.
- Add juice, 2 tablespoons honey syrup, and 1 oz St. Germain to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously until very cold, about 20 seconds.
- Strain into coupe glasses filled with ice.
- Top each with 3 ounces prosecco and gently stir to combine. Enjoy!
